The World of Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time is a must have for any Wheel of Time fan. The book itself is set up like a history book to shed some light on the deeper, and interwoven histories of Jordan’s imaginary world.

What can I expect to find? Throughout this book you will find explanations of mythos of the land, and it’s people. You will gain a greater understanding of what the Wheel of Time is, and what is the One Power, etc. Also, the authors give us a backdrop of the nations that exist in the stories. They give us their histories, wars, past leaders, and how these long ago nations formed into the nations we read about in the books.

We also learn about the dark forces of the enemy. We gain insight into the Dark One, the Forsaken, and the creations of the shadowspawn creatures that haunt the world.

Also included is in depth looks at the different cultures, and people groups of the lands, their customs, and way of beliefs, etc. We even get a crash course on the animal kingdoms.

We get to see the mysterious ways of traveling in the world. We get a greater understanding of the World of Dreams.

(There is so much more to include, but time will not permit. The world of the Wheel of Time is such an in depth world that it goes beyond boggling the mind.)
